Tasting quality wines, in a magnificent estate with a view on the Broye plain and the Alps, is an exceptional moment that the "Caves du Château" proposes. Open in the afternoon during the week and Saturday mornings, the estate organises tastings on request. During these gourmet moments, the bons vivants are able to put their lips to about fifteen wines in the cellar as well as Swiss wines and spirits sold in the boutique. The hosts do not hesitate to serve the famous Vully cake.
In addition to these priviledged moments, numerous events spread out during the year are the occasion to discover, for example, the Chasselas variety, a white wine typical of the region which the "Caves du Château" produces in four versions. To complete the range, red wines, rosés, combinations and specialities as the "blanc de noir" (white wine made from red grapes) are vinified by the Loup family after Daniel Matthey retired.
