Restaurant "Le Caveau"

At Salavaux, "Le Caveau" welcomes its clients in its pleasant dining-room or on its sunny terrace. The dishes place great emphasis on the seasonal produce, typical of this corner of Switzerland, but above all, on the best pieces of meat. The "Potence", a speciality of the establishment, makes a real spectacle out of cooking the meat. Under the eyes of the customers, beef, horse or beef filet (or even all three, for the greediest!) is flambéd with whisky and accompanied by a delicious house sauce.
