The restaurant contributes to sustainability by working with local products and directly filtering the still and sparkling water it serves. It promotes slow food.The restaurant’s menu is varied, with dishes off the menu all week, daily specials from Monday to Friday, shellfish from Wednesday to Sunday as well as delicious brunches on Sunday from 11 am to 4 pm.
