La Table du Valrose also offers a wide selection of wines from renowned appellations, from rich and important terroirs. This selection, carefully elaborated by the head sommelier, presents great domains of the wine world.
After a year of opening, Benoît Carcenat and his brigade obtained a very good score of 17/20 in Gault&Millau. In addition to this, the restaurant was named one of the "Grandes Tables de Suisse".
