The friendly and typically Vaudoise atmosphere of the "Café du Commerce" has been luring the customers for over 50 years. At meal times, the regulars mix with the visitors who come to take advantage of the shores of Lake Morat at Vallamand. In the plates you will find typical dishes of the Vaudoise kitchen and fish that is well-known in the region: perch fillets. The house speciality, these little filets fill up the plates abundantly and delight the gourmands thanks to their fine and delicate taste. In the glasses, wines from Vully Vaudois supplied by ten producers. Covering half of the Vully vineyard, the Chassselas variety of vine produces a dry white wine approved by the connoisseurs. In order to help you discover the know-how of the wine-producing region, the owners change the list of wines served by the glass every two weeks.
