The Restaurant du Lac des Chavonnes is located on the shores of the beautiful mountain lake of the same name at an altitude of 1690 metres. The establishment welcomes you in summer and winter in an enchanting natural setting.
Just a stone's throw from the ski slopes of the Villars-Gryon-Les Diablerets ski area, the restaurant serves traditional cuisine with regional dishes in a warm setting.
Specialities include vol-au-vent with wild mushrooms, roast mountain lamb with fresh herbs and trout with almonds from the Lac des Chavonnes.
In summer and winter, for lunch and dinner, the Restaurant du Lac des Chavonnes welcomes the public in a charming room with a capacity of 50 people. Its beautiful and vast terrace is part of a postcard setting, in the middle of nature and by the lake.
The restaurant is located 2 kilometres from the Bex-Villars-Bretaye train stop by an easy path. Take a break during a day of skiing or hiking! You can also sleep on site and make the most of the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere (hotel open from Thursday to Saturday by reservation).
