Christophe and Nadine Rod are back in the Gault&Millau.
He is an excellent cook, and he remains so. But he has opted for a convivial offer in a charming and simple chalet, perched on the heights of Leysin.
The view is superb, the house is wooded and, in summer, you can eat directly on the grass.
Here, on the ski slopes and at the crossroads of the hiking trails, no fondue or raclette. But, in winter, voluptuous paninis sold on the edge of the slopes and which alone make you want to go skiing again!
In the restaurant too, Christophe Rod has not given up the pleasure of preparing gourmet dishes! All this is supported by a cheerful service team, directed by Nadine Rod. And the wine list attests to the fact that this is a place for well-informed epicureans.
