Traced through forests and pastures. Gentle and regular climb to Lioson d'En down followed by a winding loop with variations in terrain before descending to the village. Track drawn in classic and skating.
The track starts at the Maison de l'Espace Nordique, or in front of the Blatti Sport store. The track starts in slight slope before descending on the Fond de l'Hongrin. The track goes up slightly before the big descent towards Arsat, go around the goal and continue to follow the track which goes up to a crossroads. The climb is quite long. At the crossroads, go to your left and continue straight on at the next crossing. From there, the track climbs through the Carro forest to access the Lioson d'Enbas plateau. The climb is long but gentle and regular. On the plateau, the track makes a sinuous loop with changes of rhythm, before descending to the house of Espace Nordique.
