The Parisod family has a taste for simple things. Four wines are sufficient for them to share their love of the vines and their respect for the grape. This respect is guaranteed by their Vinatura label, obtained by winemakers thanks to their biological production methods and protection of the grape, their maintenance of biodiversity and the reduction of negative impacts on the environment.
Among the wines signed Parisod, one finds the fruity white wine Chasselas “Tcha' Paille”, the subtle Oeil-de-Pedrix Rosé “Eff'oeil”, the delicate red wine Pinot Noir “Flam'' Rouge“ and the range of Pinot Noir, Gamay, Garanoir and Gamaret “Sérénade“.
For tastings, make an appointment or go to the Cellar. If the family members are available they will welcome you with pleasure and maybe make you taste the famous Vully cake. It must be said that it is homemade and baked in the wood oven that, for living memory, has always been a part of the estate.
