Settled in Salavaux, Madeleine Ruedin proudly represents the 4th generation of a wine-growing family. If her father produces his wines in the Neuchatel Canton, Madeleine chose the house of her grand parents to open a tasting cellar. After a 9-year collaboration with Bernard Cavé - Vaudois wine grower well known by Chablais wine lovers - Madeleine Ruedin proposes her own Chasselas, Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Gamaret and her sweet spreciality “Confidences” made of Riesling-Sylvaner. The oenologist buys the grapes which she makes into wine according to original techniques such as the raising of her Chasselas Belles-Rives in jars which bring out all the qualities of this emblematic white wine of the region. Character, strength and finesse are the key words for Madeleine Ruedin's wines.
