Known for many years thanks to Chef Gérard Rabaey, who took Le Pont de Brent into the world of gastronomic cuisine, the restaurant has been in the hands of Antoine Gonnet and Amandine Pivault since early 2022. Regulars continue to enjoy this great cuisine and food-loving tourists are sure to include Le Pont de Brent on their gastronomic itinerary.
In January 2025 the restaurant was taken over by Helena Collaud and Joeffrey Fraiche. They won a point in the GaultMillau 2024 and put Avenches on the gastronomic scene in French-speaking Switzerland (Hôtel de Ville d'Avenches). They are also members of the Jeunes Restaurateurs d'Europe.
