The Moléson's mountain cheese dairy seeks to demonstrate traditions of chalet life and cheese-making. As well as cheese-making demonstrations, which take place twice a day, once you reach the chalet, you can enjoy a fondue or traditional macaroni. In winter season please contact directly with the tourist office in Moléson.
