Description - Fondue and Chasselas at the Refuge de Solalex
At the Refuge de Solalex, enjoy an award-winning fondue with 3 glasses of Swiss Chasselas in an exceptional and authentic setting. Situated in a small valley in the commune of Bex, not far from the village of Gryon, the refuge offers an incomparable view of the Miroir d'Argentine and a warm welcome.
Come and enjoy the fondue moité-moitié, world champion in 2023, around an open fire, accompanied by 3 glasses of Swiss Chasselas. Enjoy a meal in our mountain pasture, located far from everything but easily accessible by public transport or car. The menu will consist of a charcuterie board and a mineral chasselas as an aperitif, the fondue with a chasselas offering more body and substance, and the dessert (a delicious fruit tart of the day !) with a late-harvest chasselas! Enough to delight your gourmet taste buds.

The road leading to the Solalex Refuge is open in summer, with free and pay car parks nearby. You can also reach the restaurant by public transport, taking the train to Barboleuse (BVB line) and then the bus (line 145 or 165).
If the reservation is cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
