The Audemars Piguet brand is a byword for excellence in watchmaking. Now, the company is opening an entirely new pavilion that presents its expertise to the public.
From 26 June onwards, Audemars Piguet will invite the public to gain first-hand insights into its expertise. Small groups can visit the Workshop Museum on Mondays to Fridays, exclusively by reservation. Only 2 tours will be arranged each day; each tour lasts 120 minutes. These are exceptional opportunities for visitors to gain in-depth knowledge of the luxury brand that was launched in 1875 at Le Brassus in the Vallée de Joux. Since then, this leading high-end watchmaker has taken the craftsmanship of timekeeping to new heights of excellence. The company earned special renown from its signature "Royal Oak" model with an octagonal bezel. The enterprise still upholds the values of its founders, Jules Louis Audemars and Edward Auguste Piguet. These pioneers of the Manufacture's early days pushed technology and theory to new limits in their quest to design increasingly sophisticated mechanisms.
A four-star hotel – the region's first in this category – will also open next to the Workshop Museum in 2021.
