The Three Lakes region is an essential stop for migratory birds from the north, whether they are wintering or just passing through during the cold season.
In collaboration with the Centre-Nature BirdLife de la Sauge and accompanied by an experienced ornithologist, this visit will allow you to familiarize yourself with the numerous species of birds present on Lake Morat at this period as well as their different migration and wintering habits.
The BirdLife Nature Center of La Sauge is located near the two most important Swiss bird protection reserves, the Fanel and the Cudrefin reserve, on the south-eastern shore of Lake Neuchâtel, better known as the Grande Cariçaie. BirdLife Switzerland is the Swiss association for nature protection with a recognized action at local, regional, Swiss and international levels in collaboration with BirdLife International. BirdLife Switzerland is committed to the protection of nature, birds and their habitats.
