In the past, the Gryonnais bought their provisions at the village bazaar. Today, this cave full of wonders perpetuates the transmission of the know-how of our elders which appears in the skill, precision and artistic taste of our regional craftsmen!
The "Maison du Terroir" is the reflection of artists' union, craftsmen and creators of the Alps vaudoises, the Chablais, who joined with the aim of protecting the heritage and the local know-how. It is thanks to them that, day after day, the exploitation of this shop is possible.
