Designed to welcome all fans of vines and wines, the beautiful estate of the Bovy brothers commands a breathtaking view of the terraces of Lavaux. Outdoors or in the veranda, visitors enjoy an exceptional setting when wine tasting.
With its wines and its wine tourism, the Bovy family has paid tribute to the Lavaux countryside for generations. Bernard Bovy was one of the leading figures in Lavaux’s campaign for UNESCO cultural heritage status, which was successful in 2007.
At the Bovy estate, where epicureans can share their love for good wine and breathtaking views, welcoming guests (always on advance booking) is a top priority.
Several packages combine wine and local products. The family caters for events up to 50 people. The cellar visit will delight visitors. The large oak casks that were painted and carved by Maurice Bovy are true works of art. Moreover, a fully equipped apartment can be rented on a weekly basis. Feel like a panoramic aperitif? Then the capite (winegrower’s hut) installed in the vineyard is the ideal place.
The Bovy wine collection includes 20 vintage wines, some of which have won several awards such as the dessert wine “Chorus”, the blended red “Valdensis” and, naturally, Chasselas, the king grape of Lavaux.
