Practical information

City tax per person per night (from 16 years old) in addition.
Children and extra beds: All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 3 years are charged CHF 35.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged CHF 70.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel. Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Pets : Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
Accepted credit cards : American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners Club, Maestro.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Guest Parking : Private parking is possible on site and costs CHF 18.00 per day. Public parking is possible on street and costs CHF 10.00 per day. During Montreux Jazz Festival, all changes or cancellations will be charged 100 %. No-shows will not be refunded.
