The Bureau des Guides Alpes Vaudoises brings together guides, aspiring guides and mountain leaders from the whole region of Leysin, Les Mosses, Villars, Gryon, Bex, Les Diablerets and Pays-d'Enhaut.
The Vaud Alps hide peaks to climb, virgin slopes to ski, mythical walls to climb, endemic plants to discover and amazing geological stories.
As an amateur, progress is sometimes limited, and lack of knowledge represents a considerable danger. The mountain guides supervise your outings, take you to the summit and bring you back happy. The moments of suffering, the sharing of the picnic, the fear of heights and the jokes leave strong memories and create bonds.
In winter, the office members take you on ski touring, ice climbing, snowshoeing and other activities in beautiful landscapes.
In summer, the guides and leaders take you on mountaineering, climbing or hiking trips with a variety of landscapes and spectacular views. The flora and fauna are full of fascinating species, and the guides will tell you all about them.
