In its south-facing location, at the foot of the Prealps, the hillside Ollon Vineyards benefit from a hot and dry climate, influenced by the foehn.
The rocky shallow terroir is significant for its high gypsum content. With 5 separate production areas - Antagnes, La Roche, Sus-Village, Verschiez and St-Triphon - this vineyard comprises 37 ha of Chasselas, 0.5 hectares of white grape specialities, 4.75 hectares of Pinot noir, 4.75 hectares of Gamay and 1hectare of red grape specialities.
