After taking over the "Restaurant du Lac", llan Page and his father inscribed their passion for fishing on the menu of the establishment. The fish from the lake, depending on the daily catch, is the speciality of the house. Respecting local produce - fish is only served with vegetables cultivated in the region - the owners are working to meet the criteria needed to obtain the "Swiss Guaranteed" label.
