After a long day on the slopes, what could be better than a well-deserved wine-tasting lesson in Ollon? Hosted by the Abbaye de Salaz, Janine will introduce you to the basics of oenology in a fun and interactive workshop, glass in hand. You'll also leave with a bottle from the estate.
Janine is one of the third-generation children to carry on the tradition of growing vines and making wine at the Abbaye de Salaz. Close to the land, she attaches particular importance to respecting the flora and fauna of our heritage and ... She is delighted to offer you a wine workshop ! She is delighted to offer you a wine workshop. This tasting course will enable you to discover wine and learn its secrets in different stages:
- Explanation of the basics
- Tips and tricks for recognising wines
- Tasting procedure
- Practical exercises (black glasses)
- Tasting of 6 wines
- The course will only take place with a minimum of 7 participants. You will be notified at least 24 hours in advance if the course does not take place.
- In the event of cancellations, changes to bookings or no-shows, the provider will charge the full amount of the booking.
