In the heart of the Bellerive Village, in the Vaudois part of Vully vineyard, “Les 2 Belles Rives” cellars the wine of two vineyards. The first, situated on site, is cultivated by Annelise Ogi. The second is at Landeron, in the Neuchatel Canton, on the shore of Lake Bienne; it is the property of Christian Frochaux.
Together, Mrs.Ogi and Mr. Frochaux grow their grapes in a sustainable way, manually and without chemical products. Once vinified, the wine gets the same attention so as to mature at its own pace.
Among the range of “Les 2 Belles Rives”, you can find “La Noble Dame” Kerner, the Pinot Gris “Horizon” and “Volupté” (“Sensual Delight”), a sweet wine aged in barrels. To accompany them, the owners of the place prepare Vully cakes in a wood oven, eaux-de vie (brandy), liqueurs, edible and cosmetic oils. On request, the winemakers organise agritourism stays and gourmet events.
